EPA Administrator Andrew Wheeler, Principal Deputy Assistant Secretary of State Marcia Bernicat, and U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID) Deputy Administrator Bonnie Glick made opening keynote remarks at a discussion on implementation of the U.S. government’s Global Water Strategy, released in November 2017.
