New York, a case concerning the Trump administration’s decision to add a citizenship question to the 2020 Census. The two biggest legal questions at issue are whether the Department of Commerce secretary’s decision to add the question violates the Administrative Procedure Act (APA), and whether that decision violates the Enumeration Clause of the Constitution.
