Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell (R-KY) said he will vote against the House-passed Democratic “Green New Deal,” a non-binding resolution suggesting policies to eliminate carbon emissions in 10 years and to guarantee jobs, housing, health care and a college education for all.
