The House Judiciary Committee met to consider and vote on a resolution, offered by Chair Jerrold Nadler (D-NY), authorizing subpoenas for Special Counsel Robert Mueller’s full report on Russian interference in the 2016 presidential election and its underlying evidence. After more than an hour of consideration and comments by senior members of both sides, the committee voted 24-17 along party lines to issue the subpoenas. close
