Valdis Dombrovskis, the European Commission’s vice president of Euro and social dialogue, was the featured speaker at an Atlantic Council discussion on the European Union and the U.K.'s effort to leave it. Just one day before, the EU granted a six-month extension to Brexit for October 31, 2019.
