The Miller Brewing Company has been a Milwaukee staple since its founding in 1855. Historian John Gurda, author of Miller Time, talked about Miller’s journey from a small local brew house to becoming the second largest beer producer in the country. Also, Brian Eich gave a tour of the oldest part of the Miller Brewing campus, the historic beer caves, which were hand-dug in 1849 by workers at the old Plank Road Brewery.
