House Rules Committee debated and voted on a resolution that authorizes the Judiciary Committee chair to pursue enforcement of subpoenas for Attorney General Barr and former White House Counsel Don McGahn. Ranking Member Rep. Tom Cole (R-OK) offered an amendment to postpone consideration of the resolution but the motion failed. After debating several other Republican-sponsored amendments the committee favorably reported the resolution to the full House by a party-line vote of 8 to 4. close
