Senator Arlen Specter (R-PA), a member of the Senate Judiciary Committee, discussed the confirmation hearing of Supreme Court nominee Ruth Bader Ginsburg. Although he viewed Judge Ginsburg favorably, he believed the hearing process did not provide enough information on the nominee.
