The Truman Center for National Policy in Washington, D.C., hosted a series of discussions on U.S. global leadership. This portion of the conference included a panel discussion with foreign policy advisers for several 2020 Democratic presidential candidates including Senator Elizabeth Warren (MA), Mayor Pete Buttigieg (IN), former Vice President Biden and Sen. Bernie Sanders (I-VT). Speakers outlined the main foreign policy and national security goals for the candidates leading up to the 2020 presidential election. Amna Nawaz moderated the session. close
