Lawyers and legal scholars reviewed the Supreme Court’s decisions from its 2018-2019 term at an event hosted by the American Constitution Society. These rulings included the census citizenship question, partisan gerrymandering and the death penalty. They also discussed the Court’s decision to hear in its next term whether President Trump can terminate the Obama administration’s Deferred Action for Childhood Arrival (DACA) program that allows undocumented migrants who arrived in the U.S. as children to stay. close
