Members of the British House of Commons approved a motion that sets up a vote on whether to prevent a “no-deal” Brexit and seek a delay, the third in three years, to the Brexit process. Prime Minister Boris Johnson warned against voting on the delay, saying it was important to leave by the October 31 deadline.
