President Trump spoke to reporters at a news conference at the end of the General Assembly at United Nations headquarters. He announced that he would be transmitting to Congress the whistleblower report related to his conversations with the Ukrainian president. He also discussed meetings he had with foreign leaders during his three days at the General Assembly and a trade deal the U.S. reached with Japan. Secretary of State Mike Pompeo and Treasury Secretary Steve Mnuchin also spoke briefly. close
