British Foreign Secretary Dominic Raab stood in for Prime Minister Boris Johnson during Question Time. The prime minister was attending his party’s conference in Manchester, England. Questions from members focused on Brexit, North Korea, the U.K.'s immigration policy, and Russian interference in the U.S. elections.
