The National Review Institute and Pacific Legal Foundation previewed the 2019-2020 Supreme Court session. A panel of attorneys who have argued before the Court several times spoke about some of the cases to watch in the new term. They include a case challenging Louisiana’s abortion law requiring doctors to have admitting privileges at a nearby hospital, another focusing on whether federal law protects against sexual orientation and transgender discrimination and one that will examine President Trump’s decision to end the Childhood Arrival (DACA) program, which protects young migrants from deportation. close
