The Congressional Internet Caucus hosted an event on the D.C. Circuit Court of Appeals' decision to uphold the FCC’s repeal of the Obama administration’s net neutrality rules that barred internet providers from controlling internet access. The court also, however, ruled that states may set their own rules. The panelists in this program discussed what the ruling means for internet users and possible next steps by Congress. close
