The National Press Club hosted a discussion with Gerald Lynn Bostock, a gay man who was fired from his job as a child welfare services coordinator. Mr. Bostock is the plaintiff in Bostock v. Clayton County, GA, a case being heard by the Supreme Court. Joining Mr. Bostock for the discussion were has attorneys, Brian Sutherland and Thomas Mew. They discussed the events that brought the case to the Supreme Court, how the justices responded to their argument, and what the court’s decision might mean for LGBTQ rights. close
