The Center for Strategic and International Studies hosted a forum on the relationship between climate change and maritime security. In this portion of the event, climate and foreign policy experts discussed the impact a changing climate has on oceans, marine biodiversity, and human populations living in vulnerable areas. Following the panel discussion, former Chief of Naval Operations Admiral John Richardson (Ret.) participated in a one-on-one discussion on maritime security with the Center for Strategic and International Studies' Whitley Saumweber. close
