Professor Lessig spoke with the National Constitution Center’s Jeffrey Rosen. Following their conversation, they spoke with Howard Rich, founder of the libertarian-oriented advocacy group U.S. Term Limits, and Washington University Professor Daniel Epps, who had recently written a piece on changing the composition of the U.S. Supreme Court. close
