The House considered nine suspension bills, including banning the sale of shark fins and renaming the Oyster Bay National Wildlife Refuge in Long Island, New York, after former member of Congress Lester Wolff. Two more of the bills related to the Hong Kong protests against China on democracy and human rights. Members also began work on the Workplace Violence Prevention for Health Care and Social Service Workers Act. close
