Scholars and diplomats discussed the legacy of former Soviet ambassador to the United States Anatoly Dobrynin on the 100th anniversary of his birth. Mr. Dobrynin served in Washington from 1962 to 1986, and played a vital role in U.S. and Soviet relations during the Cold War. The Wilson Center hosted this event. close
