Since the early 1980s, Ms. Allen has made use of a variety of art styles to paint over 400 portraits of Lincoln. Ms. Allen concluded the program by discussing, “One Hundred Nights of Taps,” a summer-long daily tribute to veterans held at Gettysburg National Cemetery.
