Mr. Fox said the U.K. would not enter an era of withdrawal and isolationism and would retain its global leadership in the world with membership in international bodies such as the U.N. Security Council, the G-7, the World Trade Organization (WTO) and NATO. He also said the increasing influence of China, Iran, and Russia is the country’s top security concern.
