They spoke before a public meeting of the Defense Advisory Committee on Investigation, Prosecution, and Defense of Sexual Assault in the Armed Forces. Several of the former judges talked about conviction and acquittal rates, and on employing a standardized set of practices in handling these types of cases in the military. close
