Mr. Baker, a member of the Cherokee Nation, also discussed his own family’s involuntary move to Oklahoma. This talk was part of an all-day conference co-hosted by the Virginia Museum of History & Culture, University of Oklahoma Center for the Study of American Indian Law and Policy, and Preservation Virginia. close
