At the opening of a Saturday Senate session, Minority Leader Chuck Schumer (D-NY) and Majority Leader Mitch McConnell (R-KY) talked about the third coronavirus aid package being negotiated. Senator Schumer said the U.S. needs a Marshall Plan-type measure for the public health sector.
