Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau held a coronavirus briefing outside his residence in Ottawa. He announced an emergency response benefit for those who lose their income as a result of the outbreak. The benefit would provide workers with $2,000 a month for the next four months. In addition, Prime Minister Trudeau said about 10,000 people per day were being tested in Canada. close
