For a fifth day, the Supreme Court heard oral argument via teleconference due to the coronavirus pandemic. The consolidated cases Trump v. Mazars and Trump v. Deutsche Bank concern congressional subpoenas to third party companies for President Trump’s financial records and whether the U.S. House of Representatives has the legal authority to issue the subpoenas.
