The National Constitution Center held a panel discussion following Supreme Court oral arguments in a number of cases dealing with subpoenas for President Trump’s financial records. The first consolidated argument of Trump v. Mazars and Trump v. Deutsche Bank involved subpoenas issued by congressional committees to third parties, while the second argument, Trump v. Vance, involved a subpoena issued by the New York County District Attorney’s Office. Columbia University Law took part in the discussion moderated by the National Constitution Center’s Jeffrey Rosen. close
