President Trump delivered remarks at Ford Rawsonville Components Plant in Ypsilanti, Michigan. He applauded Ford Motor Company for having manufactured over 50,000 ventilators since the beginning of the pandemic. The president also talked about bringing manufacturing jobs back to America, specifically in the auto industry, and said “the country is poised for an epic comeback.” Ford Motor Company had to halt automobile production due to the pandemic, which was the first time they had to halt production since World War II. The president did not take any questions from reporters or audience members. close
