The governor said he was extending the curfew in the Twin Cities for two more days but would be shortening the length of the curfew to go into effect at 10 p.m. and end at 4a.m. He also announced that the state’s National Guard would begin demobilizing; however, the law enforcement presence on the ground would remain the same as the previous couple nights.
