President Trump spoke to law enforcement officials and members of the National Association of Police Organizations in the White House Cabinet Room. Representatives of law enforcement agencies from around the country spoke about challenges they face as many state and local officials discuss “defunding” police departments. President Trump warned of growing crime in American cities run by Democrats. In response to a question about voting in the upcoming election, the president warned it could take years before we get the results, and said, “This is going to be the greatest election disaster in history.” close
