Representative Maloney, chair of the House Oversight and Reform Committee, earlier in the month introduced H.R. 8015, the Delivering for America Act, which would require the “U.S. Postal Service to restore and maintain all postal operations and service levels,” and provides “$25 billion in emergency funding for Postal Service operations and requires that mail-in ballots and other bulk election materials be treated as first class mail for delivery priority.” close
