British Prime Minister Boris Johnson fielded questions from members in the House of Commons on a range of domestic and international issues, including the government’s response to the coronavirus pandemic. With a surge in the amount of coronavirus cases in the U.K., Labour Party Leader Keir Starmer pressed the prime minister on the shortage of testing for people. The two went back and forth over the government’s handling of the pandemic. Other questions focused on changes to the Brexit deal, housing issues, and relations with Scotland and Northern Ireland. close
