Senator Minority Leader Chuck Schumer (D-NY) spoke about the legacy of Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg and the current Supreme Court vacancy. Schumer said that Republicans don’t want to acknowledge Justice Ginsburg’s dying wish--that she not be replaced on the Court until after the elections. He also criticized the release of a report by Homeland Security Committee Chair Ron Johnson (R-WI), which the New York Democrat said was opposition research for the Trump campaign. close
