Media critic Reed Irvine voiced his criticism of the recent C-SPAN series on 1968. He was particularly critical of the interviews with Walter Cronkite and Dan Rather of CBS and their reflections on the Tet offensive and media reporting on Vietnam. He suggested that the program lacked balance of other views on those events. In this interview, Irvine discussed his views on reporting and the coverage of CBS and other media today. He commented that one of the reasons Accuracy in Media was founded in 1969 was in reaction to their perception of liberal bias in the media. close
