Health and Human Services Secretary Alex Azar and U.S. Surgeon General Jerome Adams spoke about the newly-approved Pfizer-BioNTech COVID-19 vaccine from the George Washington University Hospital in Washington, D.C., before several doctors and nurses received their first doses.
