President Joe Biden delivered brief remarks and signed two executive orders on health care access and affordability. The president said these orders were not new attempts to legislate but meant to “undo the damage Trump has done.” President Biden signed executive orders to restore the Affordable Care Act and Medicaid back to where they were before President Trump took office, and to protect women’s health and access to health care as it “relates to reproductive rights.” close
