Ernie LaPointe, Sitting Bull’s great-grandson, spoke about his Lakota heritage and the influence of his great-grandfather’s legacy. He talked about the repatriation of some of Sitting Bull’s artifacts to his family and his work to teach the Lakota language to the next generation. The Buffalo Bill Center of the West in Cody, Wyoming hosted this event in 2012 and provided the video. close
