Foreign policy experts testified before a House Foreign Affairs subcommittee on U.S. policy toward China, Taiwan, and other Indo-Pacific countries. Among the witnesses were Council on Foreign Relations President Richard Haass and Randall Schriver, the former assistant defense secretary for Indo-Pacific security affairs in the Trump administration.
