Military, law enforcement, and counterterrorism experts discussed the threat of domestic extremism during a virtual event hosted by the Atlantic Council. Panelists included Retired U.S Army Lieutenant General Russel Honore, U.S. Department of Homeland Security Advisory Council member Paul Goldenberg, Institute for Constitutional Advocacy and Protection Legal Director Mary McCord, and former Department of Homeland Security Deputy Assistant Secretary for Counterterrorism Policy Tom Warrick. They spoke about the need to recognize the threat of domestic extremism and to provide education to counter disinformation spread online and through propaganda. close
