Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) Acting Administrator Robert Fenton testified on the agency’s response to the COVID-19 pandemic. The acting administrator spoke about the Defense Production Act and FEMA’s efforts in managing the supply chain to produce and distribute coronavirus vaccines as well as personal protective equipment. He also talked about COVID-19 testing of migrants on the southern border and the agency’s reimbursement of funeral expenses. close
