In a 1961 televised proceeding seen around the world, Nazi war criminal Adolf Eichmann was put on trial in Israel for his role in the Holocaust. Historians Edna Friedberg and Elizabeth White discussed how the trial brought to light crimes against the Jews as well as the lack of punishment for the perpetrators.  They also talked about the continuing pursuit of justice for Holocaust victims and their families. The U.S. Holocaust Memorial Museum hosted this program as well as provided the video. close
