President Joe Biden and first lady Jill Biden delivered remarks at a drive-in rally in Duluth, Georgia, on the 100th day of the president’s administration. The first lady introduced her husband, saying she had “always believed that he would be the president that we need.” As President Biden spoke, he touted his administration’s accomplishments achieved in his first 100 days, from COVID-19 vaccine availability to the passage of the American Rescue Plan.
