Former Secretary of State Henry Kissinger spoke with former Senator Joe Lieberman (I-CT) at a virtual discussion as part of the McCain Institute’s annual Sedona Forum. The former secretary of state discussed U.S. diplomatic efforts with China, including the history of U.S.-China relations during the Nixon administration and China’s growth to become a world economic power. He also talked about the need for the U.S. to prevent Russia and China from building strong diplomatic ties. close
