Since the development of the atomic bomb, the U.S. government has maintained a containment policy on any information regarding nuclear weapons. A panel of scholars discussed the history of secrecy surrounding U.S. nuclear weapons and argued that it often conflicts with American ideals. This program was hosted by the Wilson Center and the National History Center, who also provided the video. close
