Columbia Law School Professor Sarah Seo talked about her book, Policing the Open Road: How Cars Transformed American Freedom. In this presentation, Professor Seo focused on a chapter in the book dealing with how Fourth Amendment rights regarding search and seizure have been applied to automobiles, and legal reforms she argues are needed to prevent police abuses.
