White House Press Secretary Jen Psaki held a briefing on the Biden administration’s policy agenda. A variety of topics were discussed during the briefing, including infrastructure, cybersecurity, COVID-19 vaccine distribution, concerns with the supply chain, and talks with Russia. When asked about Facebook’s decision to suspend former President Trump from their platform for two years, Ms. Psaki said that it’s the responsibility of any media platform to “crack down on disinformation,” later adding that “it feels pretty unlikely that the zebra is going to change his stripes over the next two years. We’ll see.” Joining the press secretary at the briefing was White House National Economic Director Brian Deese, who spoke about the economy and the recent jobs report. close
