British Prime Minister Boris Johnson fielded questions from members of the House of Commons on a range of domestic and foreign affairs issues. He was asked about the U.K. government’s coronavirus vaccination efforts, housing access, economic development and education policy. Prime Minister Johnson was participating virtually after entering self-isolation due to contact with the British health secretary, who tested positive for COVID-19. At the start of the session, House of Commons Speaker Lindsay Hoyle marked the 60th anniversary of the first Prime Minister’s Questions. close
