The U.S. Capitol Police Board held a news conference highlighting changes made since the January 6, 2021, attack on the U.S. Capitol. Chief Tom Manger said that more than 90 security, intelligence, and communication recommendations had been implemented or were in progress. Architect of the Capitol Brett Blanton said that while some physical improvements to the complex itself were complete, other upgrades would follow. close
