Brett Blanton appeared before the House Appropriations Subcommittee on the Legislative Branch to testify on changes to U.S. Capitol security. The witnesses discussed several topics, including staffing needs, increased funding, communication weaknesses, threats against members of Congress, and coordination amongst various law enforcement agencies, including state and local cooperation. close
